Hey, if you’re a disenfranchised Blamer, you might be interested to know that I’ve got a new post up at IBTP. It’s sort of, but not really, about “Makers,” that documentary on the women’s movement they showed on PBS the other night. I am considering jumping back into the blaming fray permanently. You can take a spinster out of the city, but you can’t take the blame out of a spinster.

I humbly submit the proposition that the Crone assume the awesome responsibility of doing both blogs as a service to womankind.

Oh joy unbounded! I have been longing for someone to give that smug “Makers” a sklonk in the kneecap. The extent to which media have been touting that weak excuse for a commercial after every two minutes of chopped up interview is unbelievable. Coming before we have scarcely had time to recover from the barrage of Eve Ensler’s vulgar “V-Day” is too cruel. Thank you Twisty for taking a break from rural embellishment long enough to deal yet again with the world of institutionalized sexism. More, please.
